Samsung though having confirmed their presence at the MWC 2017 is rumored to not launch the Galaxy S8 in the event later this month. Unlike the previous years Samsung is tipped to launch the latest leaked Galaxy tab S3 tablet instead to a ‘Galaxy’ flagship. Samsung will please it’s fans by showing a one minute teaser video of the Galaxy S8.
Korea Herald reports that Samsung will use MWC to release a teaser video of the Galaxy S8 to create a buzz around the device.
Seems like the teaser of the Galaxy S8 will unveil all its details like the specs and the release date. Almost all the specs and photos have already been leaked. It is tipped to come in two sizes. A 5.8-inch variant and a 6.2-inch plus variant both with a dual edge display. Samsung probably will ditch their trademark home button. Fingerprint sensor will be shifted to the back. All of these are just rumors and leaks and nothing is yet confirmed.
Also earlier a case by Ghostek was leaked which confirms the rumors on the desgin on the new Galaxy S8.
Samsung Galaxy S8 is tipped to be powered by Snapdragon 835 with 4 or 6 GB of RAM. Though there will be a Exynos variant also, but we all know it won’t make much of a difference. Internal storage is tipped to start at 32GB with going as high as 256GB. The batteries are rumored to be around 3500-4000 mAh depending on the variant. Dual camera is tipped for the plus variant. The devices are tipped to be launched in a Samsung Event on March 29th and will go on sale in Mid-April.
