Poco F2 Pro to be announced in India: Price Leaked

Xiaomi’s sub-brand Poco is all set to launch a new smartphone in India. We believe that the are about to finally launch the Poco F2 pro in India. Although the company already announced the Poco F2 pro in the Europian market. Launch in India is still under works, this might be due to prevailing market conditions in India.

C Manmohan mentioned that “We are definitely going to launch a new phone soon we want to ensure the philosophy we had is brought to different price ranges”.

As per his words, we should expect more than one smartphone release in the coming months, With Poco X2 already in the market, we might get a budget/lite version of Poco F2 Pro as Poco F2 or Poco M2 with similar build and design but different hardware.

Specifications of Poco F2 pro:

The company is going to plan to launch an F2 pro in India which has been in demand in the European market.

The smartphone comes with a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. the Phone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor. It comes with 6GB of RAM. The Poco F2 Pro runs Android 10 and is powered by a 4700mAh non-removable battery. The smartphone also supports Qualcomm’s quick charge.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Poco F2 Pro on the rear packs a 64-megapixel primary camera; a secondary 13-megapixel telephoto lens; a third 5-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a fourth 2-megapixel macro lens. The rear camera setup has Electronic Image stabilisation. It sports a 20-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

the company is also planning to launch it first-ever truly wireless earphones as “Poco Pop Buds”. Event the details as not revealed by the company but they are promising that their earphones will be the first audio products from a smartphone brand.

Price

The phone will be announced next week in an online event, which will be free to stream on Mi app and youtube. Now as far as price is concerned, this phone costs around EURO 499 in Europe which is around 41,500 rupees. In India, the phone is an upgrade to Redmi K20 pro and the phone may have a price tag of Rs 38,000 (as per the leaks).
