Makers of world’s cheapest Smartphone launch 31.5 inch LED TV and 6 new mobile handsets

In a event on 7th July 2016 at The Lalit with ringing bells maker’s of the world’s cheapest smartphone Freedom 251 stirred the world again when they launched a brand new TV costing only 9,900 and a new range of smartphones including a VoLTE enabled smartphone and 4 feature phones with 3 powerbanks.

The Freedom 9900 was the company’s first Television is a 31.5 inch TV with with Full HD display HDMI and 2 USB slots. The company announced that its the first Television in the market to be priced below 5 digits. Making it the worlds cheapest TV. The officials said the TV will be available by 15th august.

There were 4 feature phone launched namely Hit, King, Boss, Raja priced at 699, 899, 999,1099. All with basic Camera, Bluetooth and an expandable memory along with Dual Sim and other features. One feature to be noticed was auto call recorder feature present in all feature phone except Hit. All these feature phones come with 180 days replacement guarantee, Yes Guys, replacement guarantee.

Next there was the launching of two new smartphones by the company namely Elegant and Elegance. The Elegant and Elegance are quite similar looking with the difference being that Elegance is 4G VoLTE enabled smartphone whereas Elegant is not. Also Elegance has a bigger battery. The Elegant is 3G enabled smartphone priced at INR 3,999 and features a 5-inch HD IPS display, 1GB DDR3 RAM and quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz. There is an 8MP camera on the back while a 3.2MP camera on the front and has a 2500mAh battery where as Elegance is 4G VoLTE enabled device with a bigger battery of 2800mAh battery and priced at INR 4499.

The Company also spread light on the freedom 251 the worlds cheapest smartphone costing onlt INR 251($4). The company said they have 5000 units which will be distributed on a lucky draw basis. They also are ready to supply 2,00,000 units of the device based on the feedback from the customers. The company resigned their device after the old device was found to be Adcom Idol 4 with Adcom logo been covered with the whitener. The company also stated they returned all the money they took from the consumers and the device will be available with COD (Cash on Delivery) option.

The company also announced 3 new power banks namely Power, Power Plus, Smart having 4000mAh, 5500mAh, 8000mAh battery respectively. Other details are currently unavailable about these power banks. Stay tuned for more details. We will be posting more about these devices in near future.
